![]() ![]() This response from Maddy is accurate, but doesn't describe lengths: VERY occasionally, it can be 4-6 days depending on the bank. MD+ responses (I have Chase 7 accounts, and 20 or so overall, so I can be fairly accurate) are usually 1-3 days slower. ![]() Just a user - OFX responses are fairly immediate, but of course you cannot do that with Chase anymore. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify. If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. That being said, you could try to select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. For this reason, at times there could be some delays but this doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem with the connection. Plaid will download the transactions in the background and then when they are ready, Moneydance can download them. Usually after Plaid acquires your transactions from the bank, it may take some time before they are ready. Thank you for contacting Moneydance support. ![]()
